In junior high and high school, there is so much pressure to fit in and be "normal" ... by the time we're adults, most of us have become so accustomed to denying our true selves that we don't even question it. In my studies, I've learned that self-actualization is the cornerstone of a happy, fullfilling life. All the outer trappings add up to nothing if you don't first embrace your true self and start living up to your full potential. Looking forward to reading more about the seven principles!
